Woburn Country Club membership

Currently no new memberships are available but we are taking WAITING LIST applications.
Members are season passholders. All new members must now be registered voters in the City
of Woburn. We are not taking applications from non-residents at this time.
To apply; print out the Waiting List Application, fill it out, and mail it to :

Include a Check for $25 (non-refundable)
When granted membership, this fee will be deducted from your annual membership dues.
You will be notified of your status by the end of March.

WOBURN GOLF AND SKI AUTHORITY
2010 SEASON PASS APPLICATION

The Woburn Country Club is now a spikeless golf course.
All paid applications to the Woburn Country Club entitle the applicant
to play golf subject to the following terms:

* 1 - All applications are subject to the approval of the Woburn Golf & Ski Authority
* 2. The drinking of alcoholic beverages in the parking lots or on the golf course is prohibited
        Beverage coolers of any description will not be allowed on the course
        Violations will result in the revocation of the individual's golf privileges.
* 3. Season Pass Fees are non-refundable.
* 4. Pass Holders must register at the Pro Shop each day they play golf.
* 5. Pass Holders agree to abide by the hours of operation and the dates regarding
        opening and closing as set forth by the Greens Committee.
* 6. Pass Holders entitled to 18 Holes maximum daily.
* 7. Pass Holders will abide by the directions and orders of the Golf Professional and his staff.

2010 SEASON
Woburn Golf & Ski Authority GOLF SEASON PASS RATES RESIDENTS

* Adult $800.00
* Husband-Wife $1225.00
* Senior Weekdays $600.00
* Junior (after 5:00pm Weekends & Holidays) $325.00
* Senior 7 Day $725.00

Residents deduct $25.00 if PAID before 1/31/10
NON-RESIDENTS

* Adult $1075.00
* Senior Weekdays $825.00

No new non-resident applications being accepted

* 8. Pass Holders agree to follow directions regarding parking in the upper parking lot during functions.
* 9. Junior Pass Holders must not have reached age 19 by 3/31/10.
* 10. New Junior Pass Holders MUST ATTEND A JUNIOR CLASS before season.
* 11. Junior Pass Holders can nol play on weekends and holidays until after 5:00pm.
* 12. Senior Pass Holders must be 62 years of age before 3/31/10.
* 13. Senior weekday passes are Monday -Friday. No holidays.
* 14. League play has tee weekdays from 3:OOPM to 6:OOPM.
* 15. Golf course will be closed for local charity events (approximately 10 days).
        Dates will be posted in Pro-shop one week in advance.
* 16. Starting time policy for weekends and holiday play:
        Residents and Pass Holders call Thursday 10:OOAM to 12:00 Noon.

April 7:00 AM -Sunset August 6:00 AM -Sunset
May 6:30 AM -Sunset Sept. 7:00 AM -Sunset
June 6:00 AM -Sunset Oct. 7:30 AM -Sunset
July 6:00 AM -Sunset Nov. 8:30 AM -Sunset

I have read the foregoing and in accepting golf privileges at the Woburn Country Club, I do so with the distinct understanding that I will not violate any of the above terms; and I also further agree that should I violate any of
these terms , the Woburn Golf & Ski Authority has the right to suspend or cancel this privilege and any rights
which I may have and the whole or part of my fee shall be forfeited.
